1. Select Your Show. Click our booking link and locate your competition or event from the scheduler.
2. Choose Your Service. Select the service you need (hair, makeup, men’s facial blending, or add-ons).
3. Complete Your Request & Payment. Fill out the required booking form with your details and submit payment to secure your spot.
4. Receive Confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and next steps.

Scheduling + Booking Policies

• Your requested appointment time may change based on overall show scheduling.
• You must arrive on time — every minute late reduces your glam time.
  
• If you’re unable to be finished by your scheduled time due to lateness, you may be asked to wait until all clients are done, but we cannot guarantee stage readiness if late
  

Cancellations & Changes

• If you request a time change before the event, we’ll do our best to accommodate it, but no appointment time request is guaranteed
  
• If you need to cancel, then you may transfer the service to another show on our roster within the same calendar year.
  
• No refunds once payment is processed. Credits may apply toward services for up to 1 year.

What to Know Before You Arrive

Hair Preparation

• Hair appointments take approximately 30 minutes, depending on the hairstyle
• Hair should be clean, dry, and detangled.
  
• Bring your own extensions or accessories — we can style them but don't provide them.
• We do not provide salon services such as cuts or blowouts.
  

Makeup Notes

• Makeup appointments take approximately 45 minutes
• Arrive with a clean face. Moisturizer is preferred
• Lashes are provided but feel free to bring your own
• Makeup for competitions is different than everyday glam — bold contouring and color that reads well under stage lighting.
  
• If you have reference photos you love, please have them readily available for your artist at your appointment time.
